Cooking oil has two kinds of production process: Squeezing method and leaching method.
Oilseed Squeezing method is the traditional edible oil production method. Because it don`t add any chemical substance, the various components of the pressed oil keep intact relatively. But the disadvantage is that the oil rate is low.
Compared with the press method, for the oil leaching method, the residual oil is less and the oil yield is higher; The processing cost is low and the production conditions are good; Oil resources have been fully utilized.
