The working principle of two-phase horizontal screw centrifuge

The suspension enters the rotating drum through the feeding pipe and the spiral discharge port. Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation, the solid phase particles with a large specific gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the rotating drum, and the spiral blades which are relatively moved with the rotating drum are continuously The solid phase particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum are scraped off and pushed out of the slag discharge port. The separated supernatant flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer regulating plate. The relative motion between the helix and the drum, that is, the differential speed is achieved by the differential, the size of which is controlled by the secondary motor.
